From engaging grassroots and community programmes to adult coaching and elite performance training, we offer flexible options tailored to fit your schedule and ambitions. Training durations range from 45-minute sessions for our youngest players to intensive 90-minute sessions for advanced athletes, with pricing that suits your preferred frequency ranging from one to three sessions a week.
