Join the brand new four-week beginner programme called Fitness 101 to learn about the mechanics, consistency and terminology of Haddins' Workout of the Day (WOD) by trial and error. In 12 sessions over four weeks, you will benefit from this challenging programme with new knowledge and new strength.
Each session, the professional trainers will review exercise techniques with you including Olympic lifts, and also explain the terminology used in WOD's. At the end you will understand fitness jargons and understand the meaning of: rounds for time; AMRAP; clean and jerk; deadlift; KB swing; get tight; elbow high; head through; and much more. These classes are aimed at anybody who wants fast results by working out in a different and fun way.
