MARATHON TRAINING
 

Come to Zayed Sports City and make sure you’re fully prepared for December's ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon by joining free weekly training sessions in the lead-up to the event.

Every Wednesday, runners new and seasoned, young and old, meet for a mixture of workouts that will ensure they’re ready for the entire 42.195 km route. Each night will feature training methods which may include general drills, farltek, easy runs, intervals, long runs and tempo runs.

Even if you’re not planning to participate in the race, these sessions are a great way to get social and get in shape. Meet them on the track at 7:45 p.m. or learn more at adnocabudhabimarathon.com.
