When it comes to life, finding balance is critical. With this knowledge, THE ROOM Abu Dhabi is helping the community centre themselves in unique and interesting ways, including their Pop-Up Saturdays and a brand new Balance Marathon.

Pop-Up Saturdays are dedicated to balance, rejuvenation and wellbeing. Transitioning from one week to the next, a different instructor and different theme class is held from 5:30 p.m. each Saturday, giving you a chance to explore a new level of healthy lifestyle. Upcoming sessions include Let it Flow with Marie (9 March); Yoga for Stress Management and Relief with Kat (16 March); Saturday with Karla (23 March); and Spin and Yoga with Mim and Brianna (30 March).

Free for everyone on 12 March, the term ‘marathon’ takes on a new meaning. From 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., THE ROOM Abu Dhabi will offer classes with different energy levels and physical goals, such as cardio, strength or flexibility. Two seminars – focused on healthy eating and personal development – are also included on the schedule. It's the perfect encapsulation of their holistic approach to fitness and lifestyle that everyone will enjoy.
