Get in shape by using your caveman instincts at Haddins. Their Primal programme has changed the lives of thousands of people through exercises that include pulling, pushing, jumping, crawling and more.
Primal is designed for people over 16 at any fitness level, allowing you to go at your own pace and push yourself when you feel you can. The majority of people who do Primal are new to fitness or are coming back after a long period away from exercise, creating a great sense of camaraderie and motivation for everyone to do well.
This fitness camp is all about pushing yourself to your own limits to help you live a healthier, fitter, happier life. The next session starts 15 January, running Sunday through Thursday for four weeks. Times are conveniently scheduled throughout the day.
