GET IN SHAPE AFTER THE SPRING BREAK
 

After another successful programme where 100% of attendees improved their fitness and lost weight, Haddins Fitness is offering up a spring edition of their popular Primal Transformation programme. This is your opportunity to get back in shape after spring break.

Primal uses workouts that are based around functional movements, which are natural to the human body. That includes picking up, carrying, dragging, pushing, pulling, climbing, jumping and throwing things, five days a week for four weeks starting from 9 April.

Enrolment is AED 1,200 per person. As an incentive, participants will receive AED 30 back for every session they attend, virtually cutting the cost in half.
