DON'T MISS A STEP IN RAMADAN
 

While fitness regimes tend to slip during Ramadan, the food-filled nature of the season means that maintaining exercise is even more important. Don't miss a step this year – make time in your schedule for a work-out and mark TrainZSC in your diary for 30 June.

At the Ramadan session, timings will be extended from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. in order to leave time for people to complete the circuit during Iftar or after meals with the family. There will be healthy options to break your fast and lots of encouragement along the way.

TrainZSC is presented by Daman's ActiveLife as a way to celebrate their milestone 10th anniversary. As their gift to the community, they're allowing the landmark national stadium to open monthly and providing a unique way for people to get fit. TrainZSC is the city's only vertical training session, providing opportunities to climb steps at the stadium, walk around the pitch, jump in bouncies and get health checks.

The event occurs the last Thursday of each month and is completely free to attend. To avoid time in queues, register in advance on trainzsc.com.
