TRIATHLON TRAINING WITH HADDINS
 

If you have ever considered completing in a triathlon but didn't know where to start, Haddins' community triathlon programme is the perfect way to train for the finish line. This Haddins offering is back for its fourth year and is a guaranteed way to get you in shape in 2016. The popular eight week programme is suitable for all fitness levels, although a basic level of swimming is required.

The programme is underway but it is not too late to join and prepare for Tri-Yas, which is 26 February. As a member of the training programme, you will have the opportunity to run as a team, guaranteeing a great experience.
