The tennis season is in full swing with PSS, and the youth players are finding many opportunities to play and improve already. Early in October, the PSS Junior Circuit took place with Zayed Sports City player, Sanjana Sudhir, winning the U18 girls division. The following weekend the PSS School Circuit, designed for primary school children, played four divisions. Tudor Zecheru, a five year old who has been training with PSS for the past two years, took the boys U7 title. Aevhan Anthony won boys U9. The PSS Development Circuit, for U12 and U14s, also welcomed players from around the emirate and was well attended.

Quite a few players in the circuit are among the 85 High Performance players currently enrolled in the programme.

As part of the Mubadala World Tennis Championship kick-off, PSS was enlisted to help run clinics for 400 Abu Dhabi school children. Pat Cash was a guest of the event.

As tennis continues through the school term, PSS is also putting together an opportunity for players to improve during the winter break. Two camp sessions will run between 19 and 29 December at Zayed Sports City, offering up specialised sessions to improve skills and mental tenacity.
