During the World Bowling Tour, Kiyas was called in to work during his day off. He arrived very quickly (within 30 minutes!) without hesitating. After the World Bowling Tour Kiyas took over the daily maintenance of the bowling machines, which included cleaning and conditioning the lanes daily, as two colleagues took their holidays. He did this while supporting the front desk, displaying 24 Hour Rule, Think Yes and Customer First.
